Yeah, I got it. I'm hopelessly behind on my e-mail, sorry about that. In any case, I'll be arriving in NY on the night of Dec. 18, and staying till January 2, so we'll definitely need to find a time to hang out.

The weird thing is, I read it, and I knew from the "with apologies" that you had to have changed things, but it felt so familiar I couldn't figure out what the original had been about until I went and looked.
