"Corinna's lunges"/bicep curls. (This one is more of a multi set, than a superset. Lunges and bicep curles are conducted at the same time. You step back with one foot, and, as you start lowering you body, bend your arms, lifting the DBs for the bicep exercise. When you get up, lower the weights. Finish the set
