Reduced oil demand?

Today's news, from Kathimerini again
There has been a prediction of reduced oil demand and as a consequence the prices are falling also.

I heard that there are techniques that make it possible to extract "gaz" from water - hydrogen powered cars or smth.

Why not use them? Because the oil dealers will loose their power and their fortune.

People fed up with them? Hopefully the mass is. For what I know, the world leaders will not be among them.

yah right. prices will go up again. we won't see any viable alternative power sources until all oil deposits are depleted.

i guess the main reason is cause the extremely high oil price right now..
the others is... cause ppl getting realize that oil will end up one day (mature or clever? ;) )

Yeap, oil prices went up again and it started with a change in doller / euro equivalence. Economics and stock exchange are complicated. Let's wait to see a more general tendency... The prediction is for the future... Now how far in the future... they don't say!

i read bout how dollar went down make world economic also damage, and its all cause the credit disturbance in USA
