before i went to renfrew i used to write down a 10 day list of everything i would eat and do..i never followed it...they then told me that in our lives things get chaotic and we dont have control over events or ecven people so we try to write down specifically what will go in ori mouths hoping we can ahve control over it...yes i hate using that because thats what eating disorders are known for but out attempt of planning out what we will do limits us getting out of control...my suggestion is to not plan as much which is hard, plean as the day sgoes on...dont play a day in advance..and they use this in AA alot but they also use this in ed recovery "One day at a time" it's hard to plan 2 days from now or even the entire day..plan as the days goes on...i know its hard...actually that was probably one of the hardest things i had to learn..but try it ((hugglz))
