This can't be right. It's 2008. Apparently it's the first and it happened last night. But I can't really think of any (USA) Asian-American character couples on shows that kissed on national television outside of Jin and Sun from Lost and apparently they don't count because their characters are native Coreans so not American. I can't think of anything in Canadian TV, either. Then I can't think of many Canadian dramas or comedies featuring Asian-Canadians in leading roles. Hm... have to think on it.

I wouldn't want to kiss Lucy Liu at all but since I am Caucasian that doesn't matter anyway. Not that I think she's ugly but her face looks like a freckled blade. (Plus, her second first name is "Alexis" and that's an eeveel name.) I wonder why Mulan never snogged Li Shang.
