I think losing wieght is harder than anything I've tried in my life!
I have been trying to lose wieght recently, but I just keep losing 5 pounds then gaining it back againT_T
My ultimate goal is 30 pounds, though I need to work on the small confidence issue I have, hehe

I'm talking a lot online with some friends in Japan in hopes of improving my Japanese, and I think it's actually working!
