I've decided to train to run the Broad Street run - it's 10 miles and I have 14 weeks to prepare. YIKES! Guys, I never run, so this is an ambitious challenge for me. I made a training plan that incorporates lots of cross training, yoga, and three running days per week ( Read more... )
