Heh-- I'm not quite sure how I started out trying to write something so damn raunchy and ended up with something nearly tender and loving at the end. That's just some journey, isn't it?

I swear, I think the Penelo and Larsa in my head deliberately set out to bait each other into hilarious hijinx. It's just one long game of chocobo between them, to see who'll give in first!

And the Larsa/Penelo/Vayne porn would be downright weird. For one, Larsa would both be there and not be there. And for another, it would (if all goes as planned) be both ridiculously creepy and extremely sad and feature probably the most tender love scene I've ever written. But you know me, I just can't be bothered to write something normal and straight-forward out...

My god, woman, are you on AIM now? If you are, I'd love to chat your ear off about the Vayne thing. XD The outline is so bizarre I need someone to tell me if it's plausible enough to work or just too strange to even attempt.

And yeah... it's impossible to write Vayne porn that doesn't at least have the hint of strange, disturbing and possibly even repulsive desires-- at least if you want him to be as much of a bastard as in canon! (I suppose it's possible that Vayne fic that takes place long before the game has a chance of actually being something approaching normal ( ... )

Politics always pervades the sexual in Archades. Hell, politics is sexual in Archades! I swear, the men of House Solidor have probably come to regard any woman who can adroitly lie, manipulate and connive her way through life as a great catch. Which explains a lot about Larsa's actions in Knots, right? XD

If Penelo wanted to be, she could probably be a lot more nasty-- though probably not more saucy. ;) But then, she's been a sky pirate for over half a decade by the time this takes place. I realllllly like the rhythm of the sentences starting with the paragraph "And that, thank god, did the trick" up through when the deed is done! Now the piece has the rhythm of foreplay++ followed by hard-action sex and it wraps up nicely into the ending. And, sex is all about the rhythm, isn't it? XD

I love the fact that English is such a magpie language, collecting words hither and yon. Cunt, dick, fuck work in certain contexts but they evoke (for me) a certain base situation that is quite different from quim. Not prissy at all. Just a different headspace. Somewhere on the internet I once found a nice thesaurus of body anatomy terms but I can't find it now. :/ The thesaurus does seem to be a necessary friend when writing erotica.

With regards to your queries, I found this oddly romantic. Maybe just the way it's the verbal/political that sparks up Larsa: he finds her sexy for her thoughts and words, not necessarily her actions.
