And my writing really doesn't focus too much on description, does it? I'm really trying to bring a bit more detail to what I write but it's an uphill battle so far. I've always been more concerned with the inner details than the outer ones. Well... we'll see how it goes!

I love the little hints you laid throughout the chapter as to the revealation at the end, but the first time I was betaing it for you, I did not see it coming.
I love the fact that you chose the desert for the place for Penelo to make her decision (and godDAMN, do I love that you made her morally ambiguous like this).

And I'm glad this made you want to laugh and cry at the same time! This series is definitely taking a turn for the more melancholy here but I don't want to drown in angst without putting in the humor as well. It's a funny sort of balance I'm trying to maintain here.
