I spoke with my dear grandma aka Omi today and she told me that her heart function has decreased to 38%. In less than a year 8% less. She said to me she wonders how long it will be until it will come to a complete stop and she will just evaporate

Seriously though, I am sorry about your grandmother. Mine has althiemers or however you spell it... it is scary and sad. Being old is a terrifying thing. Let us all be beautiful young stars.
