I think at this point you might want to see if you can call in someone to make the date of sale more concrete -- some kind of legal aid. Only cause I worry that they'll constantly push back the date and you won't get the check...and you'll just end up paying more and more as each month drags on by... Think about looking into that -- I don't want to see you get the raw end of the deal over this sale ( ... )

Plus, part of me wants to make the ex and her gf feel bad and to realize that all this shit is hurtful.
