So, as you all know from Amy's random posts, Amy was visiting here in the big city. As any country bumpkin such as herself would be, she was amazed at the diversity of people and cultures. Toronto is a very multicultural city, which I would say is one of its strong points. Another one of its strong points is the vast array of musical acts that ( Read more... )

excellent reporting, in fact. Yes, I agree that the music did not resemble anything good or slightly good at all. It was like they were trying TOO hard. And (although I will rant about this on my page) another thing were the solos/ The 2 drummers were good, REALLY good in fact. But when anyone soloed it was like it was illegal for only one solo to go on, and they would ALL (keyboards, guitar, AND drums) solo, and I mean really go all out solo, at the same time. I actually got angry at one point; angry at the crappieness of the music.

but it was a fun ole time, and i do not regret it at all :) (and yes, i did jump the gun on the last post - i do feel like an ass ;P)

Big frownie face on the fiery furnaces not living up to your expectations, and triple dip chocolate fudge frownie face on you missing the deerhoof show, that was the main reason to go to this show in my opinion. I think for halloween next year you should design a costume where your nipples and vage are exposed and you have magnifiying glasses covering them from all directions, that will show those "edgy" bikin ladies. You are king of honesty i admire you greatly. I think to win this generousity battle you should put a note up that says "next time you want to write a generousity note, just come to me and ill write it for you"....hmmmm i actually dont think that last sentance is very funny, but i stand by the previous ones...tooodle oooooooooo.

I would have kept the 5 dollars, and wouldn't have even thought about finding the rightful owner. I would have then proceeded to buy a sundae at Dairy Queen. I would suspect; however, that half way through the sundae I would realize that what I was doing is wrong, and with a mouth full of fudge, the guilt would overcome me. I wouldn't be able to finish the sundae and end up throwing it in the garbage, effectively wasting the $5 all together.
