So yeah. Let's see, I made Alfredo? I cannot tell you how much I'd missed homemade Alfredo. As much as I love trying new things (especially since the bf is from Middle America and so I get all the classic Southern foods from him) it is so nice to be able to cook at home and make myself things I want and have strong connotations of "average food"

So you have an italian background? How long are you living in the USA now? You do live in the USA, don't you?

I wouldn't mind your carbonara recipe. Cream is one of the main ingredients and I always find it hard to season it the right way. Still I love me some cabonara. *gg*

I have been in the USA for almost ten years now (I do live in the US, in Mississippi)

When I make it, I will put the recipe up! (I am so tired of bacon right now, so maybe not for a couple of weeks at least.)
