God it's been ages since I posted something here. I'm so fucking bad at keeping up, you all. I just get sucked into other stuff and neglect this corner of my social life. Recently it's been tumblr and facebook, sometimes it's binge-watching tv shows

Wow, so the invite thing did work! ^_^

Well, I joined the Navy back in '10 and now I'm getting out and about to try college (again!). Maybe someday I'll try to catch up to Bleach from the point of where the anime ended.

I just joined tumblr too to follow this hilariously crack feed another friend of mine showed me. I figured that's where most of the LJ expats ended up at, although I enjoy blogging and message boards better 'cuz I'm admittedly too lazy to learn new stuff.

But yeah, I fell away from here during my enlistment, but coming back a few months ago, this place has become a hollow ghost town. :( But I'm glad to see some folks are still around (or trackable, anyway). I don't even care about the free paid status LJ's offering as appeasement for the bad mismanagement I missed out on. I just wanna know where the fandom went. Good to see you back for a sec, though. :)

I actually like LJ better for most things. Fandom stuff on tumblr irritates me way more than here! I'm on tumblr only for RPing, really. Yay for trying college (I think? haha) What field are you trying for? I'm studying Animation and Digital Arts!

Idc much about the paid account either, though it allows for more icons, soooooo haha. I keep saying I'll update things (like banners from ciontests and such).

I'm going back for environmental science....probably more jobs in that than the playwriting field I was trying to go into eleven years ago when I first went to college ;)

I miss my icons, and kinda want new ones, since all the ones I have access to are from a fandom I'm not active in anymore, but ehhhhh....I dunno how much I wanna pay when this place is practically dead, yanno?
