That's the saddest thing I've heard in my life. Unless it was Mirah Calix, in which case it was a show of good taste.

Mirah is great. Her lyrics go between sweetly playful and heartbreaking so easily, and her voice is one of the most beautiful I've heard in a long while. Almost everything she does is very esthetically pleasing.
As it turns out I was misspelling 'Mira'. I meant this lady on Warp, whose music I've never been able to listen to. It's pure fingernails on the chalkboard for me. She has a cute website, but again, her music = blechuggh-gak!

There are esl quotes for all of life's moments, much like Hallmark's cards.
I use satiricons the same way that you use ironicons. All of this reminds me of the autobots and the decepticons. Perhaps the satiricons and ironicons could forms separate, rival factions and vie for the fate of the free world by battling over the most bizzarre and inane things imaginable. Playgrounds? A season of Full House on DVD? Stinky gym shorts?

I was listening to some Le Tigre in the school library one day. I let this kid have a listen. Je made this really snarky face and said their music didn't have any "real meaning".

This is why you're my sister. This is my favourite livejournal post you've written since the one about Daddy. How do you do the things that you do, Nikky? No-one I know could ever keep up to you! Did it ever make sense to you to say bye? Bye-bye?
