Flirting is good -- even in the most mono of r'ships... as long as you and the other person knows that there's a line and it's not to be crossed. :) it's amazing for the self-esteem and libido to flirt like crazy :)

plus, find me one woman who doesn't get a feeling of feminine power when there's a bloke that you know you can snap your fingers and he'd be yours and i'll show you a virgin ;)

I dunno - this guy isn't really flirting. He's got a crush, and he's got it pretty bad. I'm sure he knows it isn't going anywhere, but I don't know if that helps him...
