This whole business just has me seething. These are the same people that say Obama wasn't born in Hawaii. I wonder what some of these people would do if they didn't have health insurance? I guarantee that most of them do have insurance or they wouldn't be protesting like this. Frankly, some of these people are really scary to watch on TV when they're yelling and causing chaos instead of talking about the issues. I certainly don't remember people doing this when Bush was president.

Actually, I do remember. I suspect these were the same people who were screaming that Saddam Hussein was behind 9-11 while blatantly ignoring the fact that his country had spent a decade long war against the Islamic Republic (which actually DOES fund muslim terrorists). Oh yeah, and they have WMD, despite the fact that the UN can't find any.

:-P And now we're paying for their stupid war. But that's okay, because they still have their health insurance.

Sounds like it'd be a rip-my-hair-out conversation. I try to avoid substantial discourse with such people.

I try to avoid it. Not usually successful. I feel this overwhelming need to correct people. It's a really horrible habit.

Theatre. Pure and absolutely entertaining theatre. It's reality TV at its best.
