Hope they do too, but for now they should consider restricting large windmills from key migration routes. I wonder if the wake behind the windmill attracts migrating insects and/or if the blade noise provides an additional means to locate insects, either attracting bats to the danger zone.

Even if they "solve" the bat problem, there is still the bird problem.
