Not only was the incredibly hot but the dialogue was a delight and Dawn and Angel and Spike bursting in on them at inopportune times was so funny. (Although mortifying for Buffy, I'd imagine).

Yeah, I think Gunn is a stand-up kinda guy when it comes to his friends and he wouldn't want to do the love triangle thing again, especially since he was on the losing end.

Very nice. I just love it when Buffy has a normal guy. (Of course, Gunn is far ABOVE normal, but you know....not a mysterious guy, who's REALLY old, who may/ may not be evil.....)

Ha- yeah, normal in terms of being completely human and not hopped up on steroids :) You know, your comment made me think about my usual reaction to hearing about Buffy "moving on" and reading fic where she's with a regular but oh-so-Gary Stu schmoe and I realized that I don't have an objection to her being with a regular guy. I would have *loved* to see the two worlds mesh and Buffy hit it off with Gunn. And I think that's because I love Buffy so much that I think she deserves someone "special" -- and for me to be perfectly happy about her fate I want to know first hand how special that guy is. Gunn totally fits that bill.
