After 3 long years, its time to kiss goodbye to my plugs. And I guess, its time to say hello to rings maybe. It was a hard decision but I guess it was a matter of time. Afterall, its everywhere now, looks like everyone is getting them now.  P-O-S-E-R. To me, the best times were the stretching point, going through the pain and patience.
