Here's a list of accession numbers object shirts with images in the online met database.

C.I.58.27.1
C.I.42.124.1
C.I.42.124.2
C.I.58.20
1993.142.1
C.I.46.82.10
C.I.46.82.11
C.I.46.82.12
2009.300.1123

Regency shirt collars are really just a rectangle on every extant one I've seen. The ease/shaping comes from gussets at the side of the shirt collar opening.

Let me know if you need the individual file images which are slightly higher resolution. I'm swamped at work or else I'd send the files along without request.
