It's one of my favorite episodes in the entire series so far, and I thought Kurt's rendering of the ATU version of the song was just so painfully beautiful. And then John goes and shows up at the TCA's as Sue Sylvester, and then confirms thru tweets that he's a fan of the show, and I just...ACH, my mind was blown. This should've been written AGES AGO! XD

I couldn't believe that Cena was a Gleek at first, but hey, it's a pretty good show. Loved the story. And yeah, you nailed it, you either love it, (John) or you're totally indifferent (Randy) but at least Randy is willing to sit with him and hold his hand while he watches it.

Haha, I couldn't believe it either, and I kind of thought him coming to the TCAs in a tracksuit was just for the show, like, they told him to wear it, but then my friend was awake when John was tweeting the next morning, and he was able to ask the question I wanted to ask, which was whether or not he was in fact a Glee fan. Imagine my surprise when he answered in the affirmative, me being such a huge Glee fan myself. Since then, I'd been wanting to write something, and this plotbunny just came to me last night as I was heading to the bath, for some odd reason. But there it is, I guess. XD

Yeah, I really wanted that to come across, the fan-demonium vs the whatevers about Glee, and I thought these two were perfect for it, since I highly doubt Randy's seen at least one episode of Glee. And it's a mark of their relationship how Randy will hold back from making further fun of him and sit there and hold him while he's being such a girlan emotional fan. And he would of course have to fall asleep, I don't think he could've sat through that, ( ... )

My god, you had to go and make it about THAT episode of glee didnt you? Now I'm practically on tears.

God the Centon! swear youre killing me with this woman. it's just soooo cute! it's just like that scene from Lilo and stitch. reading this I just wanted to scream 'ITS SO CUTE AND FLUFFY!!!!!!!!'

I HAD TO OKAY THAT'S LIKE ONE OF MY TOP 10 FAVORITE EPISODES OF GLEE EVER EVER EVER EVER. And I needed to have John teary about something on the show for the fic to work, and this was the best way to do it, since he's very close with his father as well, I thought he might be able to relate to that deeper worry within Kurt at that moment.

AREN'T THEY JUST SO ADORBZ THEY'RE SO FLUFFY I'M GONNA DAI. I enjoy writing Centon fluff, I think it's so cute when they get cute.
