Facebook mysteries

I often wonder about some of the people who add me to facebook. Sometimes I think I've gone through life invisible to a lot of people. And then they add me to facebook. Which is funny because obviously we were never actually friends. But yet, they must know who I am or else they wouldn't have added me. Right

I don't speak to more than a quarter of my friends (if that even!) But for me, most of the time it's just being nosy. I want to know what a particular person is up to these days, so I'll add them.

But yeah, it's a total popularity thing. My cousin has over 1000 friends. Which is pretty wtf to me!

a few people i barely knew in school have added me, and then when i've written something on their wall to say hi, they never say anything back. wtf!? it's weird, but i've assumed it as a popularity thing.

It really bugs me when I write to someone and then they never respond. And it's usually that they've written me first (the ambiguous "what are you up to these days") and I've responded, and then they never respond back. Argh!
