oh! i have a soft spot for getting (back) together post-prank stories and this one was just lovely.

i could also really picture everything in my head so clearly. the warmth of summer, remus on his bike, and sirius' anxiety and eagerness to put things right... it played almost like a movie in my head! it put a smile on my face and now i'm off to bed happy!

Sirius moved his sweaty hands to cover Remus' where they rested on the handlebars and felt his stomach go wobbly. He almost didn't answer but then he decided he didn't care if Remus thought he sounded like a bird. "I think you're extraordinary," he said in a rush, thrusting his chin out as if daring Remus to say anything back.

This. Just... yes! So sweet and so Sirius.

Agree with the above posters, this had that perfect beginning of summer feeling. Lots of hope and excitement at what's to come. I felt the sunshine as I read it, or it could be because I literally WAS in the sunshine (hard to avoid in Florida), but regardless, this gave me happy feels.
