So much feeling in here! I absolutely love this story for so many reasons. Your narrative is really great to read, and I love how Remus is so passionate, how his feelings come across so intensely. The imagery of that photo album was really good.

Definitely one of my favourites from this fest! <3

So sorry it has taken me this long to thank you, but I really appreciate your kind comments. I wasn't sure about the photo album at first so I'm glad the image worked. And for you to say it's a favorite really means a lot, especially as there are so many talented writers who took part in this fest. Thanks again.

This one just knocked me for six, its all so tangled for them. I love the photo album running through this, especially the bit where Remus is thinking about why he didn't try and erase Peter.

I know its angsty but it reminds me of why I love these two broken people finding each other - even if it hurts.

Thanks for your kind words, and I'm so sorry it took me this long to respond. I do love the angst : ) But I'm with you--that's part of what's to love about this pairing. I'm so glad it spoke to you.

Entirely raw and bleeding emotion. Your hopeful ending is the perfect condiment.
Love this. ♥

Thank you so much, and I apologize for taking this long to respond! I do try to go for raw emotion in what I write, so for you to pick up on that is a lovely compliment that I really do appreciate.

Oh God- my poor heart.

I was literally sitting at my keyboard for a good minute before I continued typing this. This story just struck me completely wordless.
This was the most heart wrenching stories that I have read in a good while, mostly because it all rang so horrifically true.

The way your Remus was hurting, all of that anger and unsaid words that were bottling up. Every time you wrote another of the thoughts he couldn't say out loud... It's been said already but there really wasn't anything here that wasn't painfully intense.

Just beautiful writing, I really don't usually go for this era, but it's stories like this one that really make me wonder about whether it's time to change that opinion-

I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to tell you how much your comment meant to me. And sorry to hurt your heart : (

I know a lot of times people read without commenting (I'm guilty of it myself sometimes), so I really appreciate that you took time to let me know that the writing had the emotional impact I hoped it would.
