There is so much to love about this! The humor and Sirius's insecurities were so sweet and real. I love a pining Sirius so much. This turned my crummy work day around!

I love the structure of this, the pace at the beginning made me read fast desperate to find out what was going to happen!

I also like the bit where Sirius thinks he can't tell Remus how he feels because it is dangerous. I definitely think Sirius would see the option of emotional damage as more of a problem than physical.

The last paragraph was just brilliant as well, thinking about how fast and slow time can go. Really enjoyed this!

Sirius sprouting a large, flowery vagina out of his forehead as a bizarre modern form of a scarlet letter knocked me out of my chair. Then you glued me back into it with the natural emotional conundrum.

Top fun.

I love this so much-you've got such a great mix of teenage boy angst and humor. Sirius's nod to Marlene McKinnon "for only singing off his eyebrows," his fear that "soon he’d be sobbing out the declarations of love onto Remus’ shoulder while sniffing his cologne and sprouting a large, flowery vagina out of his forehead," his need to hide that "he longed to put pieces of Remus’ hair behind his ears, or fasten his Gryffindor tie for him in the morning, or bandage the wounds crossing his back the morning after a full moon," and the weird dreams with Regulus as Little Bo Peep were some of the high points for me because they're funny but also help characterize Sirius and develop the feelings he has about Remus. Remus's response to the confession made me smile, and the last line is sweet, beautiful, and evocative, a perfect ending to a really lovely story.
