As promised, the longer W/R ficlet. I started this a while ago, then had the brilliant idea of making it a drabble of exactly 500 words. God, that was hell. Never again!

Don't you love challenging yourself? Now I want to try a 500 word dealie... Oh heck, I want to write again.
But in the meantime I'll read :) So thank you for writing... and thanks for writing THIS.

But I think it's Rogue that really needs a hug. Or a cuddle ... or a really intense kiss from the object of her affection ... ;)
Thank-you so much for your comment!

I'm just in love with this sentence. It's a little creepy, but oddly understandable.
Or maybe it's because he's older, and so very beyond her reach. Which, if she's really honest, is likely the most appealing thing of all.
*snerk* I mean, um, NO, I have no idea what she means!
She's not even sure what it will cost her, in the end, to want to put him back together.
Oh dear. I don't envy her that feeling, or that (argueably impossible) task.
Very nice tension and wistfulness. Hmmmm, what about a Logan flip-side view? *chucks bunny and runs*

And now it's in my head! And it's dark and angsty and AHHHHHHHHHH!!!
You ... you ... bunny-throwing sadist, you! *shakes fist*
Crap. Now I have to try and write that damn thing.
It's a little creepy, but oddly understandable.
Oh yes. Definitely creepy. I don't know why, but when I got into what I imagined was in Rogue's head after X1, it just came out that way. I figure she knows that what she wants is so inappropriate anyway -- at least, by society's norms -- that she tends to focus on things that are more primal and somewhat disturbing.
That was what I was going for, anyway. ;)
Then again, the entire W/R relationship is kinda fucked up. They routinely kill/maim each other and save each other.
God, how I love comic-book characters!
