I love the idea of a B&B where everyone gets a head start living independently. I also like the idea of a playable landlord, I'll have to look into that for my own hood.
There's going to be more B&B style housing in Clayfield, since so many sims are growing up and it also keeps the number of households down a bit, which is always a plus! I try to come up with ways to use money in Clayfield differently, that it won't just vanish into thin air (like the default rent money does).
Good on Chyna. I don't think Johnny is the right man for her. I love Murdoch's gig as a street musician. The only thing missing is the pet monkey that pick pockets everyone that stops to hear him play. Or has he been completely reformed? :p
LOL! A pet monkey for Murdoch, that would be fantastic! We'll have to see if he slips into his own ways from time to time, but for now it looks like he's going to be a good boy. :D
Murdoch's a sensitive guy, so I think being a musician suits him quite well. And now he actually has another job aswell, that will be seen on round 10. :) And yes, I did disable TFB for unmarried sims, since Clayfield is definitely crowded with kidlets already. :P
