I am so jealous. Can I, you know, pack myself away in your suitcase? ;) Eat lots of udon for me.

I know nothing about Kyushu, but I know Kyoto stays pretty moderate all year round.

Kyoto in the summer is pretty sticky nasty yucky hot on its own, but at least I know I can tolerate it. :) (Although after two years in the UK, it might be a pretty rough re-adjustment...) At least the place in Kyushu where we're going is right on the beach! I've also always liked udon better than soba, so no problems there! :)

Oooh we're there from the 3rd to the 7th ! Then we move to Inverness and finish with Glasgow.
