The ghost of the policeman with the melty face (who I presume to be the guy who they found in Alex's present) was CREEPING ME THE FUCK OUT. And I was actually surprised when the little girl who got kidnapped didn't suddenly turn into Molly, so points for that.
I've been spoiled for what Gene's dark secret is and I wish I could just swallow a pill of Retcon and forget what it was, because I saw tons of pointers in this episode and I WISH I COULD JUST FOLLOW THE MYSTERY. Gah. I loved the shot of emo Guv at the end, too. HE MISSES HIS SAMMY.

I'm such a sad slasher, I still OTP Sam/Gene so. fucking. hard. I appreciate the hot-like-burning that is Alex/Gene, but Sam Tyler gets a mention and I go a-flailing. Emo!Guv needs his emo!Sam, goddamnit.
