Another comic book exchange?

In discussion with likeadeuce, it occurred to me that I've been pondering another comic book (and book and music) exchange at my house for a long time. But I don't want to get too far in planning if nobody's interested. So...

I don't know if I can do August b/c of Dexcon, Europe, and Stardust/King Tut possibly--but September? We were also talking about doing a National Book Festival/monuments walk--Pratchett is coming to the book festival...

I wish you could come to Potter with us. :(

Though Sept is Sukot, Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana...and October is crazy pagan month.

November's when we did it before. Good gods, when did the summer go by so QUICKLY!?

August 19th would probably work for me, but I could certainly push into September too. I'd need to check, but I'm sure there's a weekend or two that doesn't include a holiday!

Anyway, I wouldn't be shocked if you could bond over Ambush Bug with someone in the group!

Well, *my* kid will be here, most likely. Any of your girls are welcome and they're welcome to either be upstairs with us or downstairs with the toys :D

Hmm, if penknife and/or artaxastra come, they might bring the VSP. That's probably it for kids, though, if you think yours would be bored.

Thass me :) There are a ton of comic folk in the DC area and we used to gather a bit more often, but folks moved away and had kids and such. But I am, in fact, in Rockville, MD, and you're very very welcome to come hang out!

Well, heatherly said she could make it the 19th, or we could push it into September. Does the 19th work for you?
