Poor Mara, it's so hard and confusing and yet she deals with it perfectly.
The part about Luke fighting Leia till she was carried away was dreadful. As all Sith training is, I suppose. I hope there wasn't any permanent damage to her.

This just continues to get more complex. I'm loving this AU. One question, though, for a probably-stupid reader (heh): So if Luke and Leia and Vader, it seems, are adept/Sith, then what are the Emperor and Mara? Just 'different' dark side users? Whatever the case, it's excellent work with great interactions between all characters. You're doing a gread job. XD

Hey, I don't mind questions! The Emperor is still a Sith in this story. Mara doesn't know that he's a Sith, just like she doesn't know that there are other Hands. Mara thinks that the Emperor thinks he needs Vader's help, so he's willing to put up with all these adepts. In reality, Palpy is just manipulating everyone. ;)
