Im so so with it...not too much of unagi or else quite ja lat.....nope no sashimi this round :)....even if he buy those salmon..must know how to slice properly too...we finished the scallop one already..haha

Hmm...well this version of the soft shell crab has got breadcrumbs/flour on it and it was rather spicy and she just fry it in one of those ikea pots...this version was easier to fry...the first version that we previously had didnt have the crumbs...it was just the bare crab....so after frying..it was cripsy but when you bite it's full of oil....the overlook was different as from the shops..
I think those Jap restaurant one has more flour/crumbs & they use deep fryer...where did you buy yours from?

we tried frying, but it did not turn up as good as those from the Japanese resturant :(
