2nd attempt @ Japanese Cheesecake

Last wkend (though I went to see the chinese doctor)...continued my weekly routine of baking...so since the in laws were back & hubby's cuz stayed over....decided to bake them something I attempted when they were in HK....

My 2nd attempt at this, I reduced the amount of lemon juice & bought a smaller circular cake pan and it's perfect :)
