I know this is a sort of older post... kind of. I wanted to find out if you ever got your Maple Points, though?
Most everybody I've talked to did... just not immediately after the quest ended.
Also, let's say I was working for McDonald's (Thank goodness I'm not)... and a customer was asking me about the brand new burger we've promised on the news... I don't have the authority to tell them, IF I even know. I'd have to tell you go call 1-800-somethingoranother or speak with soandso.
That's what it looks like to me with the GMs... they seem to have the authority to handle bans, and moderating... but they don't appear to be customer support, or tech support. In fact, on the Nexon website it plainly states that any emails to customer support won't go to the GMs. All the same, even the GM stated that they don't give out the Maple Points. That seems pretty clear to me.
