Ok, obviously I can't access mapleglobal.com at the moment, so I don't know all the details for the new quests. Anyway, I looked at the patch txt and it said:

If you are level 30 and below, take Yellow Turkey Eggs to Cody.Well, I'm currently lvl 13 with loads of yellow eggs, so why isn't Cody responding to me? Is the egg quest for lvl 15 and above

And you might have given Cody too many eggs aready. Wait a few minutes, and the lightbulb should pop up above his head again.
