About the platforms: there usually IS a spot that's safe, because I've seen tons of people go AFK in this one spot in the tree, and they never get hit. But still. He could have just went to the Cash Shop.

There must be something wrong with my computer or something, because the game always seems to crash when I go AFK for too long in the Cash Shop. :\

Not just you; it happens to me, too. Just like when I alt+tab for more then 2 minutes, it disconnects me. But I know people who can do it, so maybe our computers just suck.

True, but I don't think there's a safe platform in the tree I was at though, because there was always a monster spawning on each one @_@
