I just found this little accuracy blurb on a forum, does anyone know if it's true?

If your level is the same as the monster you're hunting then the formula for 100% accuracy would be the monster's avoid x3. So if you were facing something that had 40 avoidability and you were both level 70, you'd need 120 accuracy to hit 100%.

training, stats, interesting

I don't think the level matters.

that has got to be a painful build without certain "help" to level up

I can't remember where, but someone posted awhile ago about how lvl actually matters more than accuracy (for example, unless you keep putting your dex up, on a warrior, your acc stays constant, so from lvl 40 to lvl 100, how can you not hit things at 40, and one hit kill things at 100 when your acc has stayed the same)

Well, if you want to be REALLY anal about it, it's 3.63.

But if I'm a few levels below the monster, I use 4 as a quick and dirty, and if I'm the same level or above I use 3 because it's easier. Even though there might be some misses using 3, it's good enough without busting out the calculator.
