That poll is kind of ambiguous. I clicked "I don't" -- I do have a PayPal account, but I originally got it for eBay. I also use it for NX Cash stuff, but that's not what I got it for.

I did same. I got paypal to pay my bills online. Once to twice a month do i actually use it for NX.
