Goodbye and Hello
My mother Merle, passed away on December 22nd. I had arrived a few days before and was able to talk with her. It was still a shock to have her leave us. My sister and I spent the night keeping vigil over her. She passed at 6:45 am

just wanted to say sorry to hear about your mom. i know it has been six months now since she left you and your family and i certainly hope 2008 has been good to you all. yes what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger. so keep on holding to that faith and courage will be your pal in those hard times.

It is a very great kindness you do me. I appreciate your warm gesture. It is amazing that LJ does the strange things.
It has been 6 months, but to tell the truth, the first few months one walks around in a bit of a daze. Not realizing she is truly gone. It is only recently I am realizing her loss.
