I think you did nicely selling that kandayo, but that skanda is scrolled very very poorly, IMO. With 33 being the average, Ending up with a couple more attack are very likely. If you look in fm for clean ones, and I'm sure there's plenty around atm, I have no doubt you could scroll better without trouble.

Don't they still drop?

I have yet to scroll any of mine, but I have tons that are 36 and 37 ATK, so 42? I could do better with 100%. I think you did good getting rid of it.
