for my younger sister :)
for some weird reason, i cant seem to write angst these days...
"Yabu-kun? Would you like something to drink?" Daiki asks, jangling the loose change in his hands.
Kouta looks up from the papers he is holding and shakes his head, "I'm fine Dai-chan, why don't you ask Takaki instead?" Daiki shrugs his shoulders and asks Yuuya who accepts the offer immediately. Kouta then focuses all of his attention on the papers in front of him, going straight back to work.
Kei then approaches Kouta and sits down beside him, he peers at all of the papers, "ne, Yabu? Do you need any help?"
Kouta blinks and smiles at Kei, "we're going to hold a meeting in a few minutes Inoo-chan, then all of us can help. I just need to fix the agenda for a minute, okay?" Kei nods his head and goes over to where Yuuya was sitting, waiting for his juice.
Hikaru enters with a can of orange juice and sits beside Kouta, glancing at the plans laid out on the table. He opens the can and takes a sip before before placing it back on the table. He picks up an illustration and studies it.
"I don't thi- Hey!" Hikaru looks at Kouta who takes a sip from Hikaru's can. Kouta puts it back down and looks at Hikaru with a wide smile, his eyes disappearing.
"Sorry! I was thirsty!" He sticks a tongue out at Hikaru who frowns in return.
"Get your own drink then!" Hikaru cries out when Kouta takes the can again and takes another sip from it. Kouta's eyes widen as he pushes out his bottom lip. Hikaru rolls his eyes and he throws a dirty look at Kouta, standing up at the same time.
Daiki enters the room again, bumping Hikaru in the process. He heads to Yuuya and Kei, handing the both of them their respective juices, "hey! Where's Hikaru going?"
"He's gonna buy Yabu-kun a drink." Kei answers off-handedly.
Daiki cocks his head, "but I offered to buy him a drink."
"You're not Hikaru," Kei throws back and Daiki's lip transforms into a straight line, confusion written on his face. Kei shrugs and pats Daiki's shoulder, "don't worry. You'll understand someday."
Hikaru enters the room with another can of orange juice and puts it in Kouta's hand. He picks up his own only to discover that his was almost empty. He sighs and gives up on drinking juice.
"Ne, Hikaru, what do you think about this?" Kouta places the illustration in front of Hikaru's eyes. Hikaru nods in response.
"Heh, that's definitely in." Hikaru laughs and they quickly arrange all of the materials for the meeting.
Later when Kei is fed up with Daiki's prodding he snaps that Hikaru is the only one whom Kouta allows to spoil him.
