yeah, I could do that but then I'd feel guilty (I'm weird like that) and wouldn't really enjoy it properly.

Hmmm, maybe I can find some tofu around here, I think I've seen some.

He's trying to change a few things in his life and part of the process is to embrace some more peaceful, Buhddist-like ways. At least we're doing yoga together.

Hahaha, but there's MORE than just mashed potatoes!! ::does not comprehend::

PS. I'M WORKING ON IT ::pacifies::

Well, I guess that's good. Still... turkey *drools*

For me, life itself is mashed potatoes. It's the food of Gods, woman! :D

PS. You better! :P

Hahaha, I'd get chicken for myself and leave him to eat some leafy stuff, but I'd feel bad so, I guess I'm making some sort of pie thingy to stuff the (vegetarian) feeling in?

lol, i am a pure vegetarian and have a very full life, you dont need mea in everything. i dont know anything for thanksgiving as its not something we celebrate but... if you wanna know about some good veggie recipes... out of which some are indian... but not as spicy as they usually serve at indian restaurants abroad (and some more), you know where to ask!

I think I might give this an actual try. Meat hasn't been a significant portion of my diet for ages now, I just never just up and said that's it, I'm a vegetarian.

So. ::pokes at you:: you can't see it right now, but I'm wearing my "asking" face. ::asks::

lol, right. lemme think. a lot of my recipes include potatoes... do you eat potatoes?

also if you wanna try a different kind of a sandwich, then you can chop cabbage really fine, add some finely cut capsicum to it, a little curd and some grated cheese if you like, salt to taste, rock salt, some black pepper and cumin powder. Mix it altogether nicely and then fill that filling between two breads and toast/grill it. its not soemthing amazingly good or well known, just something I make when I wanna make something quick and easy.

But seriosuly, if you are serious about it I can give you recipes for pizzas, pastas, desserts and whatnot.

Oooh, that sounds interesting. Will give it a shot and let you know how it went.

By all means, please do. I'm pretty sure the reason why it never became and actual thing for me was the lack of recipes and ideas to fix stuff up, it's just easier to go with the tried and tested, you know? But no more, I'm a new person!

So, hit me with anything you've got!
