Fear not- I am not a noob here, and although none of my characters have interacted with Beth, I think she is quite awesome and will be more than happy to cooperate with you!
What Mr. Zappa doesn't know is that he is possessed by all kinds of nasty spirits, who keep using his body to lash out at just about everyone he comes across. To make matters worse, chief among these ghosts is the jealous spirit of a woman who bears a suspicious resemblance to "Sadako" from Ring! Beth will probably be forced to leave him to his own devices before she gets the chance to help him, as the ghosts are rather possessive of their catch.
Needless to say, I don't play him as a very serious character, as his sad plight is just about the only defining aspect of his character. ^^;
As Beth may have noticed, the unknown man had several slash wounds across his torso; even though they were bleeding dramatically and the deepest may have warranted a few stitches, none of them looked life-threatening.
He stirrs, pressing a hand to his face. "What's... happening?" A buzzing sound is coming from the pockets on his belt.
We're in my world. Just take it easy, I'll get the first aid kit.
*The door closes and with the lights out and the curtains down, it's pretty dark in the room. Beth's first aid kit has all of the standards, plus a little something extra in a bottle, that when put on a kerchief and placed over the mouth, should take care of Kowai's little problem with conciousness.*
The man shifts a bit where he lays, trying to get his bearings. If he thinks that something suspicious is going on, he doesn't voice his concerns. That buzzing sound is becoming quite persistent, though, and when Beth comes over to him, his appearance seems to flicker momentarily. A trick of the light?
A werespider in her private sanctum is not easily or wisely surprised, and in the place she has created where the wall between the earthly plane and the spirit world is less a wall than a tunnel. As soon as things look weird, Beth makes them weirder.
Her shadow on the wall stretches and grows, becoming huge and many armed.
"What are you?"
((His ghosts might actually be more powerful here - but then again, so is she!))
