Yes, Mac does have an office... He just prefers the confines of the shop. But since Gil was using the shop room for a class project today, Mac decided to give his cramped little office space a try.

"Hey," said Jenny, knocking on his doorframe. She looked tired, and slightly less upbeat than usual.

Mac looks up and gives Jenny a grin which slowly turns into a look of concern.

"Hey you. What's wrong? Did the kids try to try out that animal transformation spell that Skeever's been using lately?"

Jenny smiled wanly. "We kinda need to talk," she said, coming inside his office. She'd been awake half the night trying to make this decision. Her timing was atrocious too, but she didn't see much in the way of alternatives.

Mac sat back in his chair and frowned slightly. No good thing in a relationship ever followed "We kinda need to talk."

He motioned for Jenny to sit in his chair and then closed the door to the office for privacy.

"What wrong?" Mac said as sat down on the edge of his desk.
