[Penny hasn't known Euphie that long and the chaos of the last couple of weeks kept her from doing anything to help with the party, but that doesn't seem like any reason not to show up. Euphie seems exceptionally sweet; she deserves a nice birthday.
She leaves Euphie'spresent--jewelry and a case for a phone or network device seems kind of impersonal, but safe enough--on the appropriate table. She has to get back to work soon, but not without saying hello to the birthday girl and to Hanna.]
[Reid shows up a little late with a wrapped gift in hand. It's obvious the gift is a book. It's Ursula K. Gunn's Empty Planet. He puts it with the other gifts and wanders around the party with his hands tucked in the pockets of his sweater.]
[ Toph promised to come. Now, whether people will recognize her is a good question, but it's hard to miss the short dark-haired girl spending most of her time near the refreshments. She's happy to talk to whomever, but she won't know who you are until you speak... so keep that in mind.]
[Yuri's actually pretty retarded with dates, so he doesn't expect a party. Especially for Euphie. But hey- he's in Xanadu everyday. While he's here, he may as well celebrate. And give her his present later.
