Last (Guaranteed) Post Before I Return Home

Went to breakfast this morning with Peggy and Patty Campbell - the two sisters I met on the marathon - at a local restaurant and ended up meeting the former mayor of Eugene who made sure we had those river pathways. I am heading up to Salem, Wilsonville and Portland in a few minutes.

The pollen was kind of cool, but I saw that when I was in Virginia last year.
I went to Salem on my way back up and managed to mix in with the demonstrators. I guess it was strange to say, but the thing that amazed me the most about my Marathon Experience in Oregon was that I ended up with a darker tan than when I left Hawaii. Lots of Sun in Eugene!
