That place is awful. Especially on weekends or nights that it's crowded. The same thing happened to me several times. It took forever for them to bring our hookah and stuff we ordered, like fifteen mins to change the coal, and I had to keep asking several times for the check. It also depends on who's there and who's serving you. And I've seen unfair seating as well...and we weren't wearing crosses. My bf usually wears a star anyways. Maybe those people were "regulars" or something? Or maybe the people that work there just don't like how we look? Haha.

I dunno...but that place sucks either way.

It wasn't so bad when it first opened, but now all these retards flock over there.

oh my god it really is just AWFUL. I refuse to ever go back there. And the people don't like us because maybe we're not like 15 year old sluts/boys with spiked hair? Ugh, disgusting.

uggh that sucks, hookah bars can be sucha waste of time sometimes, too expensive and not worth all the time and money. once a big group of my friends and i went to one in the city, and they totally over charged us and the check made NO sense and the guys were really rude, so after arguing for a really long time me finally got it settled (after the dick GRABBED the money out of my friends hand) then we drove off and called the police on them. i claimed to be the enraged mother of a fifteen year old who came home piss drunk from some hookah bar that didn't card my "baby". my friend went back a few weeks later and the enire staff had changed. revenge is sweet.

HAAA that's awesome!!! Do you think I should do something like that??? Like put on a matronly voice and be all outraged that this hookah bar doesn't card minors.. Maybe they'll just get shut down.. man that place is SHIT. Have you ever been to Le Souk on ave B btwn 4th and 5th?

nope. my friends and i realized that although hookah bars have their charm, it always ends up being way too expensive and you can't even get drunk, unless you have an ID and are willing to spend a lot of dough. Also, hookah smoke always make me feel a little sick afterwards, i'll stick to my stoges.
