I saw The Winter's Tale in the Park tonight. Aside from the woman behind me who kept FLICKING MY HAIR, it was quite lovely! Shakespeare in the Park is so different from other theatre. (My old roommate's theater group thought about doing this and I asked if I could play the bear. Best. Stage. Direction. Ever)

I feel like you could found a theatre that casts people from pop culture in Shakes plays. I think that would be totally fun.

And by "people from pop culture," you mean "people from Gossip Girl," right? Those are the only "pop culture" people I have ever cast in Shakespeare. And they're actors. It's not like I want to see Kim Kardashian playing Desdemona or Bret Michaels playing Henry IV.
