They keep cutting to this chick who looks like a combination of Jami Gertz in the ‘80s, Libby from “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” and early Mariah Carey (lip-liner LIKE WHOA). Is she somebody or does she just look like pre-makeover Gaga so much the director couldn’t resist? [Edit: she's GaGa's sister!]
